If you are not satisfied with your advertisement for any reason within the first 30 days of your agreement, simply let us know in writing, and we will make it right by offering you your choice of one of the following:

  1. Free Re-run: We will re-run your current advertisement in the next available issue at no additional cost.
  2. Free Re-design & Re-run: We will work with you on one full re-design, including up to two rounds of revisions, and re-run your advertisement in the next available issue at no additional cost.
  3. Complimentary Consultation: We will provide a complimentary 30-minute consultation to review your advertising strategy and campaign goals.



Advertising Terms & Conditions

By signing up for one of our advertising plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or remove any advertisement at any time and for any reason. If we reject your ad, you will not be charged, or you will be issued a full refund.
  2. Limited availability: Offers available while supplies last.
  3. Setup Fee: A one-time $99.00 Setup Fee will be billed with your first payment.
  4. Payment Terms: All credit card payments are subject to a 3% merchant convenience fee.
  5. Credit Card on File: A credit card on file is required for all "Pay As You Go" monthly plans.
  6. Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment, you agree to be responsible for any and all reasonable fees incurred in the collection of past due invoices.
  7. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable.
  8. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation: Your campaign will automatically renew at the end of each term at the same rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
  9. Satisfaction Guarantee: Our 30-Day Satisfaction MAKE IT RIGHT Guarantee is not a refund policy. It is an offer to resolve any dissatisfaction with a service-based solution, as detailed above.
